Track limit usage for emails, pop-ups, announcements, and team seats

Learn where to find your usage limits in Sleekplan and how to monitor consumption for emails, pop-ups, in‑app announcements, and team seats.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

Sleekplan applies plan limits to key features such as outbound emails, website pop-ups, in-app announcements/changelogs, and the number of team seats. Keeping an eye on usage helps you avoid interruptions, forecast needs, and decide when to add seats or upgrade before you hit a cap. The admin dashboard provides a single view showing current usage, projected usage, limits, and the next reset date.

How to track usage in the admin dashboard

In the left sidebar of the Sleekplan admin dashboard, scroll down to Settings section > Subscription > Usage Summary

What you’ll see in the Usage summary

  • Limit usage summary

  • A consolidated panel listing each feature with a progress bar:

  • Emails: current sent count, projected usage for the period, and your plan limit.

  • Popups: current displays/triggers, projected usage, and limit.

  • Announcements (in-app/changelogs): current posts or impressions depending on your plan’s metric, projected usage, and limit.

  • Team seats: number of active seats used vs. your seat limit.

⚡Need more capacity? Use the Add-ons or Change plan options on the Subscription page to increase limits.
