How to Perform Bulk Actions on Feedback Posts

Streamline your workflow by editing multiple feedback posts simultaneously. This guide explains how to update status, category, tags and precedence, or delete posts in bulk directly from the admin dashboard.

Selecting Posts for Bulk Editing

  1. In your Admin dashboard, navigate to the Feedback section.

  2. List the feedbacks posts (whether is is the default listing or a customized filtering) and locate the bulk selection icon.

  3. Select the bulk operation from the available options.

ℹ️ Available bulk operations are :

  • Change status

  • Change Category

  • Add tags

  • Change Precedence

  • Delete

📋 You can also perform bulk operations on a reduced selection of posts. Just press the Ctrl (Cmd) key and select individually the posts you wish to bulk edit.
