By default, there is a sleek satisfaction survey on top of your widget and standalone page. If you want to disable this, you're able to do so.
Note: Disabling the default satisfaction survey on your main board doesn't mean you don't have access to it on other places.
To disable the icons, you need to go to your Dashbaord > Settings and disable the satisfaction module. This will hide the satisfaction survey on all of the default customer-facing parts of your portal.
