This article explains how to activate or deactivate the screen capturing feature available in the Sleekplan widget. This option allows users to include a screenshot when submitting feedback, helping them to better explain a point and helping you better understand their visual context.
Instructions:
Follow these steps to enable or disable the Screen Capturing feature in your Sleekplan widget:
Log in to your Sleekplan Admin Dashboard.
From the left-hand sidebar, navigate to Settings → General→Feedback board.

4. Toggle the switch to enable or disable the feature, depending on your preference.
When enabled, users will see the option to capture their screen when submitting feedback.
When disabled, the screenshot tool will be hidden from the widget interface.
