Cannot create NPS or survey pop-up due to permissions (Member vs. Admin)

If you see an error when trying to create an NPS or survey pop-up, it’s likely due to your account’s permission level. This article explains why it happens and how to fix it

In Sleekplan, only users with admin and owner level permissions can create NPS or survey pop-ups. Member-level users have limited access and will encounter the “You have no authorization to execute the product method get_widget” error if they attempt to create these items in the Admin dashboard:

How to fix it: Ask an admin to upgrade your role

  • Contact a current admin in your Sleekplan workspace.

  • Request an upgrade from Member to Admin role.

  • Once your role is updated, sign out and sign back in (or refresh the dashboard) and try creating the NPS or survey pop-up again.
