Changelog Settings

This article explains the settings available in the Changelog section of your Sleekplan admin dashboard.

Updated yesterday

Use these options to control how your changelog is displayed, how users interact with it, and how updates are managed and communicated.

Navigate to Admin Dashboard β†’ Settings β†’ General β†’ Changelog to access the following options:

πŸ‘‰ Subscriber: Enables a subscription feature that allows your users to opt in to receive notifications whenever you publish a new changelog update.

When this toggle is on, users will see an option to subscribe to your changelog.

πŸ‘‰ Auto Subscribe: Automatically enrolls new users as subscribers to your changelog updates the moment they join your product, no manual opt-in required from them.

This is useful if you want to ensure that every new user stays informed about product changes from day one.

πŸ‘‰ Update Changelog Automatically: Automatically publishes items to your public-facing changelog as soon as they are marked as "Completed" in your board.

This removes the need to manually push updates to the changelog, streamlining your workflow if you want your changelog to reflect your progress in real time.

πŸ‘‰ Reactions: Enables emoji reactions (😍 🀩 😐) on your changelog updates, allowing users to express how they feel about each release or change.

All reactions collected are logged in your CSAT module.

πŸ‘‰ Number of Reactions: Controls how many reaction options are displayed beneath each changelog update.
