The CSAT-Module:
Keep track of your customer satisfaction with simple satisfaction surveys.
The Survey Module :
Unlock deeper insights with multi-step surveys and conditional logic.
You can enable or disable the different modules according to your needs. If you deactivate a module, it will no longer be shown to your end-users.
ℹ️There is a restriction, at least one of the two core modules (Feedback and Changelog) MUST BE ENABLED.
To manage your modules navigate to Settings > General on the admin dashboard.
