You may get feedback and suggestions from customers outside your feedback board. Let's say you're meeting with a customer interested in a feature. In that case, you can manually create a post on behalf of your customer and keep them in the loop about any updates.
To create a post on behalf of your user, navigate to Feedback > New Post. Enter a title and a description for the new post. You will find an option to assign the post to a specific user below the category selection.
Type in the email address (or @username) of the customer you're creating this post for. If the email matches with someone on your contact list, they will be listed below as a suggestion. Otherwise, you can type in a new email and select "Create" to create a new user.
