What Is Feedback Insights❓

Feedback Insights is a panel located under each individual feedback post in the Sleekplan admin dashboard. It is part of the new Sleek Intelligence feature pack and it gives product managers and feedback teams a quick, consolidated view of the context surrounding a specific piece of feedback, from an AI-generated summary of the request to detailed information about the users who voted for it.

👉AI-Generated Feedback Summary

At the top of the Feedback Insights panel, you'll find an automatically generated summary of the feedback post. This summary is broken down into three parts:

Summary : A concise overview of the request and its potential impact on enrollment, satisfaction, or other relevant outcomes.

Problem : A clear statement identifying the core issue or gap that the feedback is addressing.

Feature Scope : A list of suggested actions or considerations that define what it would take to address the feedback.

👉Voter Segments

The Voter Segments section shows whether the users who voted for this feedback post belong to any predefined audience segments you've configured in Sleekplan. This is useful for understanding whether a request is coming from a niche group or a broad portion of your user base.

👉Voter Happiness Score

This section aggregates satisfaction and NPS-style data from the voters on the post. It includes three metrics:

Satisfaction : Rated out of 5, this reflects how satisfied voters are overall.

Promoter : Rated out of 10, this indicates how likely voters are to recommend your product (similar to an NPS score).

  • Happiness Score : A combined score out of 10 that gives you a quick snapshot of the overall sentiment among voters

👉Voter System Information

This section provides technical and geographic context about the voters, including:

• Top Platform : The operating system most commonly used by voters (e.g., Windows, macOS).

• Top Browser : The browsers voters are using, ranked by frequency (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox).

• Top City : The city where the majority of voters are located.

• Top Country : The country with the highest number of voters for this post.

This data can be particularly valuable when prioritizing features for specific markets or troubleshooting platform-specific issues raised in the feedback.
