The Service Pipeline allows users to integrate external platforms (such as G2, App Store, etc.) to automatically gather and centralize feedback. This pipeline is fully customizable to ensure that feedback collection is efficient and tailored to your needs.

You can enable/disable the different options of the Service Pipeline from the main Settings > Intelligence dashboard.

  • Add Platform: Connect review platforms and other sources to automatically gather customer feedback for Sleek Intelligence.

  • Connect App: Integrate with SaaS tools like Intercom and HubSpot to automatically collect customer feedback.

  • Similar Requests: Set how to handle feedback posts with similar content (e.g., detecting duplicates and merging them accordingly).

Crawl Depth for Review Platforms: Adjust the crawl depth for review platforms on the initial request to control how many reviews are processed. For example, you can specify that only the last 100 or 200 reviews should be processed during the first run, ensuring more focused and efficient data gathering.


Support Request History for SaaS Apps: By default, Sleek Intelligence processes the last 60 days of support requests for newly connected SaaS apps. This ensures that relevant feedback is captured from recent interactions and helps maintain up-to-date insights.
