Sleek Intelligence is the AI-powered feature set built into Sleekplan that helps you work smarter and faster. To keep usage flexible and fair, Sleek Intelligence runs on a credit-based pricing model ,meaning each AI action you take draws from a pool of credits associated with your account. This article walks you through how credits work and where to find your balance.

How Credits Work

Every Sleekplan account comes with a base balance of credits determined by your subscription plan. There are currently two plans that include Sleek Intelligence credits:

Starter — includes a base credit allocation suitable for lighter AI usage.

Business — includes a higher base credit allocation for more extensive AI use.

ℹ️ Each AI action you perform within Sleek Intelligence consumes a set number of credits. Chat messages, for example, consume a variable number of credits depending on the underlying language model (LLM) cost associated with that particular request.

Checking Your Credit Balance

You can view your current credit balance at any time by navigating to Settings > Subscription > Usage Summary :

Here you will see:

👉 Base Balance : base balance with next reset date.

👉 Rollover Top-Up balance :Unused credits from last month, used before your base balance.

👉 Total Available : total remaining credits.

Purchasing Additional Credits

If your base plan credits are running low, you can purchase additional credit packages on a monthly basis. To add more credits:

  1. Choose a credit package and confirm your purchase. The additional credits will be available immediately.
