Whether you need a quick answer about Sleekplan's features, want to summarize a flood of user feedback, or need to make bulk updates to posts, Sleekmate lets you do it all through simple conversational prompts.
How to Access Sleekmate
You can open the Sleekmate chat agent in two ways:
👉From the Admin Dashboard: Navigate to Intelligence → Sleekmate in your sidebar.
👉From any page via keyboard shortcut: Press CMD + I (Mac) while on any page (a feedback post, changelog entry, survey, or elsewhere) to open Sleekmate directly in context.

When a feedback post has accumulated dozens of comments, Sleekmate can condense them into a clear, readable summary so you can quickly understand the sentiment and key themes.

Sleekmate can take action on your behalf. You can ask it to create new feedback posts, update existing entries, publish changelog updates, or manage surveys.

One of Sleekmate's most powerful features is that it is fully context-aware. When you open Sleekmate on a specific page using CMD + I (Ctrl + I) , it automatically knows which page you are on,whether that's a feedback post, a changelog entry, or a survey, and tailors its responses and actions accordingly.
Example: If you're viewing a specific feedback post and press CMD + I, you can ask "Summarize this post description?" or "Summarize the comments here" and Sleekmate will respond based on that exact post.
ℹ️Using @ Mentions for Precise Actions
Sleekmate supports @ mentions, allowing you to reference specific posts, changelog entries, users, or admins directly in your prompts. This makes it easy to carry out targeted or bulk actions with precision.
Example: "Make @Jane Lee the owner of all posts submitted in the last 14 days."
Sleekmate will identify the referenced user and apply the action across all matching posts automatically.
