You can pin one or multiple comments at the beginning of a discussion. That is helpful, to highlight important information, updates, ...

To pin a comment open a post and go to the discussion section. If you hover over a comment you will see some links. Select > pin comment

The pinned comment will now be shown above the comment section on customer-facing discussions. If you pin multiple comments, the order will be the same as on comments (by date)

If you pin a child comment or a parent comment with child comments, only the pinned comment will be displayed above the fold - not the whole thread!
