Sleek Intelligence is an AI-powered tool designed to enhance the feedback management process by automating tasks such as categorization, merging similar feedback, summarizing user comments, and ensuring feedback relevance. This guide explains the different settings available to configure Sleek Intelligence according to your needs, helping you to optimize and streamline feedback management.


General Settings

Bot Name

  • Description: Set the display name for the AI assistant when posting comments, merging feedback, or interacting with users. This name will appear wherever the AI takes action, allowing you to maintain a consistent branding experience.

  • Example: "Sleek Intelligence"

Product / Service Description

  • Description: Provide a brief yet comprehensive description of your product or service. This helps the AI better analyze and categorize feedback, ensuring that insights are contextually relevant and tailored to your business needs.

Review AI Actions

  • Description: Enable or disable moderation for AI-generated tasks. This ensures that all AI-driven actions meet quality standards before being made public.

  • When enabled: AI-generated content will require approval before being published, allowing administrators to maintain control over automated decisions.

Moderation Options

  • Moderate AI-Generated Posts: Review posts created by AI before they go live to ensure quality and relevance.

  • Moderate AI Merging of Duplicates: Approve AI-detected duplicate feedback merges to maintain a structured feedback environment.

  • Moderate AI-Added Votes: Require approval for AI-generated upvotes on feedback posts to prevent automated bias.

  • Moderate AI-Added Comments: Review AI-written comments before they are published to ensure appropriateness and accuracy.

  • Moderate AI-Added Post Edits: Approve any AI-generated modifications to existing feedback posts to maintain content integrity.

  • Moderate AI-Added Comment Edits: Require moderation for AI-generated comment edits to prevent unnecessary alterations.


Integrations

Agent

Enable the agent for the admin dashboard. This AI agent can be accessed from the Intelligence section > Sleek Mate.

Summaries

Enables Feedback Insights summaries which can be accessed and viewed under each individual feedback post.


Pipelines

Post Pipeline

Automatically process new feedback submissions using AI-driven insights, including spam detection, similarity checks, and confidential information removal. This pipeline enhances the efficiency of feedback processing, making it easier to manage large volumes of input while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Settings

  • Merge Suggestions: Identify and suggest merging similar feedback posts to avoid redundancy and streamline discussions.

  • Identify Spam: Filter out spam or irrelevant feedback submissions to maintain a clean and relevant feedback board.

  • Strip Confidential Information: Automatically detect and remove sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII) from feedback to ensure compliance with privacy policies.

  • Follow-Up Comments: AI-generated responses when feedback lacks essential details, helping to clarify and refine user input for better decision-making.


Comment Pipeline

Analyze comments to detect spam and ensure discussions remain relevant, constructive, and focused. This helps maintain a high-quality user engagement experience while keeping discussions organized and actionable.

Settings

  • Identify Spam: Automatically filter out inappropriate, offensive, or irrelevant comments to create a professional discussion environment.

  • Strip Confidential Information: Remove sensitive data from user comments to protect user privacy and adhere to compliance standards.

  • Detect Off-Topic Comments: Identify and convert off-topic comments into separate posts, ensuring discussions remain relevant and reducing clutter.

  • Sentiment analysis : Detect the sentiment of comments and classify them as positive, negative, or neutral.


Service Pipeline

The Service Pipeline allows users to integrate external platforms (such as G2, App Store, etc.) to automatically gather and centralize feedback. This pipeline is fully customizable to ensure that feedback collection is efficient and tailored to your needs.

Settings

  • Add Platform: Connect review platforms and other sources to automatically gather customer feedback for Sleek Intelligence.

  • Connect App: Integrate with SaaS tools like Intercom and HubSpot to automatically collect customer feedback.

  • Similar Requests: Set how to handle feedback posts with similar content (e.g., detecting duplicates and merging them accordingly).

Crawl Depth for Review Platforms: Adjust the crawl depth for review platforms on the initial request to control how many reviews are processed. For example, you can specify that only the last 100 or 200 reviews should be processed during the first run, ensuring more focused and efficient data gathering.

Support Request History for SaaS Apps: By default, Sleek Intelligence processes the last 60 days of support requests for newly connected SaaS apps. This ensures that relevant feedback is captured from recent interactions and helps maintain up-to-date insights.

Automation Pipeline

The Automation Pipeline streamlines feedback management by automating workflows for moderation, changelog updates, and user engagement. By configuring custom filters and automating tasks, you can save time while enhancing your workflow.

Setup Automation

  1. Navigate to the Feedback list

  2. Select a filter: (e.g., all posts with less than 5 votes created in the last 365 days) to narrow down the feedback that should be included in the automation.

  3. Add Automation for Filtered Feedback: Once the filter is set, open the Shortcuts Menu by either clicking on the shortcuts' menu item or pressing CMD+K. From there, select Add Automation for the filtered feedback.

  4. You can then choose an action, such as changing the feedback status to Closed and leaving a comment ( I.e. the post doesn’t have enough votes to be considered.)


System Pipeline

Sleek Intelligence provides a seamless pipeline for processing and analyzing feedback from emails and external sources.

Settings

  • Email Address: Forward emails to a designated address for automated processing and analysis.

  • API Endpoint: External platforms can send feedback data directly via our API for structured processing. Learn more in our API documentation.
